Chad is a technologically-driven, people-focused innovator and is recognized worldwide for his experience helping companies deploy enterprise search systems.  For over 18 years, he has designed, architected, developed and managed projects for hundreds of large enterprise clients. He bridges the gap between business and technology through creative problem solving, effective communication and strong relationships. Chad is a highly respected team builder, educator and mentor.

Chad is currently the Director of Google Enterprise Search at SADA Systems, where he specializes in implementing the new Google Cloud Search platform for enterprise customers. Chad is responsible for defining search-related priorities and technological direction, establishing and managing vendor relationships, guiding clients through search challenges, and mentoring colleagues.

Previously, Chad was the Principal of Enterprise Search at Perficient, where he organically created the largest global Google Search Appliance consulting practice.  His team architected and implemented many of the most complex Google Search Appliance projects worldwide.

Prior to managing the Google practice, Chad designed and implemented a wide range of enterprise content solutions including content capture, data migration, application integration, scanning, search, and workflow systems. In his thirteen years with Perficient, Chad worked with numerous software partners, including Vignette, EMC Documentum, SchemaLogic, Acartus, Tibco, and Google, and integrated these tools into complex business processes.

Chad has provided consulting services to hundreds of enterprise clients, including over 45 Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including travel, transportation, high-tech, retail, health care, education, and financial services. Chad has a computer science degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
